These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "conditions of use") apply to the online retail store CONFIGURABLE ART (hereinafter, "The Company"), with domain www.configurableart.com, property of FPSTUDIO (hereinafter, "Felipe Pantone") and its licensees. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service. Please read carefully below for details of the agreement.

The undermentioned is applicable to the webpage on www.configurableart.com. If you have any question about the objects or your order, the best way to reach us is at info@configurableart.com.

For the best fulfillment of its services, The Company is obliged to provide certain data of its clients (name, surnames, address, telephone, etc.) to other companies that collaborate with the provision of the service (carriers, financial entities or service companies web hosting). In all cases, the data provided is strictly necessary for the specific activity that will be carried out with the commercial activity at www.configurableart.com.

 

PRIVACY

You can visit this website without notifying who you are and without giving any information about yourself. Although situations may occur where we will need more information about you in order to communicate with you, such as to book an order or to register your name, we will inform you by all means when we collect your personal data on the internet.

This website keeps track of the amount of visitors, the websites where they come from and which provider the visitor uses to access the internet. The data will be exclusively used in such a manner where it cannot be reduced to individuals or persons. Collected personal data will not be sold, nor will be it be made available to third parties, exceptions can occur only when this data is legally required. And, at any moment, you can request to remove your data out of our files.

 

AVAILABILITY

The pieces are limited in number. Our products are limited editions to a certain number of units. Editions limited to one unit per customer. Once the sale of each edition is finished, it will no longer be available. For any questions about availability of our products, please contact us. Different orders using the same email, name, or shipping information will be considered invalid and will be canceled.

Advertised Product offerings and prices by The Company are valid only until they are visible on the site and/or until stocks are exhausted (whether or not the website is updated to reflect current availability).

The Company does not in any way guarantee the availability of any product for sale generally, or for any specified period, but The Company shall in good faith fulfill orders as they are received while stocks last.

 

SHIPPING

Configurable™ ship internationally using DHL, our shipping provider. If the country where you want to ship is not available, please contact us through info@configurableart.com.

Listed prices for the limited editions are exclusive of shipping. Shipping rates are determined based in the artwork size, weight, and the destination address. We will confirm all shipping costs before finalizing your sale. There is no minimum order amount. 

All confirmed orders will be immediately charged and delivered as soon as possible vía expedited service at no extra charge, unless otherwise stated, and typically within 60-90 bussiness days, depending on the destination address. Deliveries to EU Countries usually arrive within 1-2 working days. Deliveries to US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Asia might take 2-3 additional days. You will be notified, and will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Regarding loss claims, please contact DHL (www.dhl.com). If your package is unable to be found by the shipping provider, reach us at info@configurableart.com. Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer. We can not be held liable for any customs or customs duties or taxes that may affect any shipment made outside Spain. 

Artworks are covered by a shipping insurance. In case the artwork arrives damaged, contact DHL (www.dhl.com) and contact us as soon as possible. Due to insurance terms, claims cannot be processed after 30 days since the artwork is received. Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging box caused by delivery are not included in the Return and Refund policy.

 

 

PAYMENT

The prices indicated on the screen, including tax for Spain and European Union resident Clients, are expressed in Euros (€) and are valid, except for typographical error or omission. The offers are duly marked and identified as such.

We accept payments by credit card (AMEX, Master, Visa) and Paypal.

 

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

All contents of "Configurable Art" and "Felipe Pantone", such as logos, brands, designs, models, icons, drawings, graphics and designs, are the property of the intellectual and industrial property of their owners, and national and international legislation that protects their legitimate rights.

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.
Great care is taken to ensure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare case. But if the content of the order is incorrect or damaged in transit or faulty, please contact: info@configurableart.com.

 

TERMINATION

If you breach the terms, we may terminate, or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation.

All provisions of the terms, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

 

SAFETY TIPS

The assembly of our products should be carried out by a qualified person, as the piece may fall and cause damage to people or objects if it’s not correctly installed. If you are uncertain, contact your local specialized retailer. Misuse by the user of our products can cause damage to people, objects or the piece itself.

Our limited editions may contain small objects our cause or injure children. Falling objects could lead to serious injuries. Please, make sure that children don't play with them. For a better conservation of our products, do not place them outside and do not expose them to direct sunlight.
