What are your shipping conditions?

Configurable Art ships internationally by DHL. If the country where you want to ship is not available, please contact us through info@configurableart.com. 

Listed prices for the limited editions are exclusive of shipping. Shipping rates are determined based in the artwork size, weight, and place of delivery. We will confirm shipping costs before finalizing your sale. There is no minimum order amount. Please keep in mind import taxes of country of destiny may apply during customs clearance. 

All confirmed orders will be immediately charged and shipped as soon as possible via expedited service at no extra charge, unless otherwise stated. Configurable Art will be responsible for any damages suffered directly to the artwork during transport.

We will endeavour to ship the order within 7 business days. Shipments may vary depending on the country. 

You will receive tracking information to the email once your order is shipped. Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

How do I make a loss/damage claim?

For general shipping questions, or if your package is stolen or lost, please contact DHL (www.dhl.com), our shipping provider. If your package is unable to be found by the shipping provider, reach us at info@configurableart.com. In case the artwork is damaged, the shipping insurance will cover the damage. In that case, get in touch with us and we will assist you. Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer. We can not be held liable for any additional costs during customs clearance. 

Can I cancel my order?

We produce our special editions exclusively for our customers, so all sales are final. 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit cards payments, Paypal and cryptocurrencies payments. The prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are valid, except for typographical error or omission. The offers are duly marked and identified as such.

 

Where to buy Configurable Limited Editions?

Limited editions are exclusively sold at our online store configurableart.com and others direct channels.

 

How many artworks can I purchase in every Limited Edition?

Editions are limited to one unit per customer.

Where are CNFG limited editions manufactured?

CNFG artworks, unless otherwise stated, are exclusively produced and manufactured at FP Studio, based in Valencia, Spain.

 

How will my order be packaged?

Orders are shipped in specific packaging created for each edition. Every piece is carefully protected. Please do not use sharp tools to open the packages and remove the pieces from its protections.

What is a Limited Edition?

A limited series of a particular object. These editions are limited in quantity, meaning there are only produced a certain number of each object. 

How is the authenticity proven?

Each piece comes with a technical label numbered and signed by the artist and a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) numbered and signed by the Configurable manager.

 

What's the availability of the pieces? 

Pieces are limited in number. Once an edition is sold, it won’t be available back on the website. 

I want to know more about the Special Editions

Our special editions are series of particular art pieces. Sometimes, we invite other renewed artists as guests to produce a special limited edition. It all started with Modular art system. We used to produce an unlimited number of the elements during a short period of time specified at the launch of every edition. However, at the moment, our editions are limited in number. You can see the number and its availability on our page.

 

What is your privacy policy?

You can visit this website without notifying who you are and without giving any information about yourself. Although situations may occur where we will need more information about you in order to communicate with you, such as to book an order or to register your name, we will inform you by all means when we collect your personal data on the internet. This website keeps track of the amount of visitors, the websites where they come from and which provider the visitor uses to access the internet. The data will be exclusively used in such a manner where it cannot be reduced to individuals or persons. Collected personal data will not be sold, nor will be it be made available to third parties, exceptions can occur only when this data is legally required. You can request to remove your data out of our files at any moment by sending a mail at info@configurableart.com.
